The location was incredibly convenient for airport travel, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating to our needs with the little one. The hotel room was basic but tidy, and the bed was quite comfortable. The surrounding landmarks, like Gatwick Aviation Museum and TeamSport Go Karting Crawley, added a touch of fun and relaxation to our stay, making it a memorable family bonding experience.

For the fixed price we paid, the staff were so friendly and attentive. They even left a card, cake, and HB in towels on our bed - a nice touch. the room service and housekeeping were excellent without even realizing there was an à la carte menu. the restaurant, bar/lounge area, and in-room breakfast were outstanding. the location, close to the airport terminal and some dining places, was perfect and allowed us to escape the hectic terminal scene before our journey.

One thing that could be improved is the communication between guests and staff. There were a few instances where requests were not promptly attended to, causing inconveniences.

The location of this hotel is just tops, mate, as you can stroll from the car park straight to the terminal without even getting blasted by the weather outside. The staff here are absolute gems, always helpful and friendly, even let me wolf down breakfast in two mins flat for my airline interview. 🌟 Bit of a dud though with the broken lift situation, but no sweat, got some exercise taking the stairs, safe to say it wasn't a total deal-breaker for me.

the hilton was super clean, and we were just a 5-min walk to the south terminal! perfect for an early flight. the staff were really helpful - especially gomez at check-in and the lady managing the dining area - she kept everything smooth - even at the busy breakfast rush.

As business guests, we were impressed with the ample space in our family room, perfect for spreading out with our party of six. The beds, including the sofa bed, were incredibly comfortable. The view of the south terminal car park and runway added an enjoyable touch. We especially loved watching planes take off over the hotel, much to the delight of our children. The room service for lunch was delicious, and the dinner at the Garden restaurant was outstanding. We highly recommend this hotel for its great food and service.

Reception was a bit chaotic and the staff seemed indifferent. the signage in the hotel could be improved, as some guests had trouble finding their way around.

I had a great experience at Hilton! the staff, especially Kevin and Martin, were excellent with my aunt, providing wheelchair assistance and arranging airport assistance. the room was spacious, comfortably accommodating four adults and one child. the location was perfect for early morning flights, and the staff were attentive and helpful.

Bathroom had a strong musty smell, making it unusable for longer stays. 🙁 No wake-up call was received at 4am, which was important for my early flight.

The hotel is conveniently located near Gatwick South airport, making it easily accessible for early morning flights. Guests can take a taxi to the airport or even walk to the North terminal before returning to the South. The rooms are clean and the showers are satisfactory. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout the stay.
